The Plate Boundary Observatory has a made a broad range of GPS data products available to support users who wish to do their own data processing as well as those who only want to use higher-level processed data in their research.
Available data products include raw data from the GPS receivers (Level 0 data), quality-checked data in RINEX format at a 15-second sample rate (Level 1 data), post-processed time series, velocities, and accompanying files (Level 2 data), and key metadata such as station positions and IGS site logs. File formats for each of these data products are available via the links below.

Raw files are proprietary-format binary files downloaded from GPS receivers. They contain more information than do higher-level data products, but are meant for expert users only.

File Format: UNAVCO Website
RINEX files are the de facto ASCII standard for sharing GPS data. They contain metadata and observation information for post-processing.

SINEX files contain all the information used by the PBO Analysis Centers during daily processing, and are in a community-standard ASCII format.

Network velocity files are in ASCII format and contain estimates of PBO GPS station velocities in the SNARF 1.0, IGS05 and IGS08 reference frames.
HTTP download: File
This is an ASCII file containing PBO-processed coordinates for all GPS stations in the PBO network.
